EDF

As a global leader in low-carbon energy, the EDF Group covers every sector of energy expertise, from generation to trading and transmission grids. Last October 2018, EDF launched its Electric Mobility Plan in order to become the sector’s leading energy company on its four biggest European markets: France, UK, Italy and Belgium.
This plan confirms the Group’s leading role in the generation of CO2-free power and the development of new electricity applications. In France, EDF has already put together dedicated offerings that include the supply of low-carbon electricity and charging solutions. It is also one of the biggest charging network operators thanks to its subsidiary Izivia, which operates more than 8 000 charging points in France and provides access to 90 000 charging points in Europe for customers with the Izivia Pass.
EDF is convinced that the success of its electric mobility strategy will be achieved thanks to partnerships with an ecosystem of innovative players. This is why EDF has chosen to be present at EVS32 by supporting a Cluster Zone that will facilitate exchanges among big companies, start-ups, and electric mobility leading organizations.
