  • Olivier Reppert has worked at Daimler since 1998 in the areas of sales, marketing and communications. He studied at the University of Applied Sciences Offenburg and the Louis Pasteur University and obtained a dual German/French degree in industrial engineering and a Master's qualification in industrial systems engineering. For the next decade, Reppert served in leadership positions within different DaimlerChrysler organizations in Berlin, Stuttgart and Zurich.

    Reppert was appointed a Member of the Board for Global Business Management of Daimler AG, with responsibility for regional strategy in China, India and Russia. In 2010, he joined the sales division at smart as Head of Department and in 2013 took over as Head of Sales for smart Germany. Reppert went on to be the Head of Brand and Product Management at smart as well as a member of the smart management team. In October of 2016, he was appointed CEO of car2go Group GmbH, the largest free-float carsharing service in the world. In February 2019, Daimler and BMW launched a historic joint venture that united both companies' mobility services (including car2go) under a single brand to form a new mobility powerhouse – the NOW family of branded mobility services. Olivier serves as CEO of SHARE NOW, the largest carshare company in the world with over four million customers sharing 20,000 BMW, MINI, Mercedes-Benz and smart vehicles in 30 cities across 13 countries.
